messages, let any excess emotion drain off. that said, there really isn't any excuse for bad customer service. Folks talk about "good days and bad" like it's someone's house you're phoning. Business is business, and one of the hallmarks of a good business is consistency, and having all folks on the same team with the same goals. I personally don't know that much about Z1 other than what everyone reads here. I have bought a few things from them. They do seem to have some customer service issues at times. Some customers can be real jerks but the onus is on the business to make it right whenever possible. Write an E-mail to Robert saying how pleased you were with his help, but that now you're having second thoughts for the reasons you described. Maybe enough feedback like that will help the folks at Z1 form more consistent customer service.
